My background includes serving as Tools and software developing engineer with over 3 years of extensive hands on experience developing applications using Java/J2EE technologies and Integration for 3PP projects within the Operations in Telecom and Managed Service domain in Ericsson Egypt.
I have experience working on customer premises where my responsibility included designing and implementing tools supporting service delivery in addition to identifying new business opportunities for my company in the given area and facilitating the integration of solutions from other vendors.
In addition to this experience. I gained a considerable customer support skills and problem solving skills during handling major incidents in the operations of the mobile operator network which require high availability and avoiding revenue loss.
